What does this mean to you?
All residents' concerns, maintenance requests, billing or leasing questions should be entered via the resident portal under requests.
THIS IS THE QUICKEST AND MORE EFFICIENT WAY to request ALL maintenance and voice any concerns.

*maintenance emergency means a life-threatening situation

Dear resident if you have a maintenance emergency please read carefully:
We consider a maintenance emergency request a life-threatening situation.
For example: Flooding, if the temperature in your unit is below 55 degrees or the roof or the floor have collapsed .
If it's a true life threatening emergency and it's between 9:00am to 4:50 pm Monday to Friday please utilize our chat that is located on our website and follow the instructions.
If it's an after hours emergency, please dial 314-782-7892 and listen to the prompts.
*Please note that there will be a $75 charge added to your ledger if it’s not considered a maintenance emergency by smart rentals.*
